Polar Bear - Favorite Caramel Mix

A celebration of our friends in the Arctic

At a time when Greenland is increasingly present in international discourse, we wanted to create a product that conveys respect, warmth, and attention. Polar Bear is intended as a friendly and sensory tribute – a small piece of craftsmanship that invites presence, conversation, and thoughtfulness.

The tin is filled with our delicious, international caramel blend and unites taste, quality, and narrative in one product. The design is inspired by the Arctic universe and the polar bear as a strong and poetic symbol of Greenlandic nature.

With English family traditions and a refined version of a secret recipe from 1894, we have been producing handmade caramels in Gudhjem and Rønne since 2004.

The caramels are individually wrapped in compostable cellophane with an OK Compost Home certificate. The metal tin is produced and printed in France, with Origine France Garantie. Please remember to sort your waste according to your local guidelines.

The tin is produced with care and can be reused once empty.

Glucose syrup, condensed milk (milk, sugar), water, sugar, hydrogenated vegetable fat (palm kernel - RSPO mass balance), cocoa powder, emulsifier (mono- and diglycerides), sea salt, salt, flavouring, natural flavouring. May contain traces of nuts.
