Our rum ball caramel bar is a loving interpretation of a true Danish classic. We have taken our popular handmade chocolate caramel as a starting point and added everything we love about a good rum ball: intense cocoa, a hint of rum, and that round, deep flavor that makes the rum ball irresistible – even for those who claim they don’t eat them.

Here you get handmade caramel from Bornholm, crafted with care and tradition – based on a refined recipe from 1894 and produced in small batches at our caramel facility in Rønne on Bornholm.
