Dark Chocolate Covered Salted Caramel Balls

Our salted caramel is created by folding crispy flakes of Læsø sea salt into the warm cream caramel mass. It is then shaped into appetizing spheres and coated in dark chocolate. The salt, the sweetness, and the delicate chocolate together provide a taste experience out of the ordinary.

With English family traditions and a refined version of a secret 1894 recipe, we have been producing handmade caramels in Gudhjem and Rønne since 2004.

Our new boxes are plastic-free, made from FSC-certified materials – and the caramels are wrapped in compostable cellophane with an OK Compost Home certificate. Remember to sort your waste according to your local guidelines.

Chocolate - minimum 55% cocoa solids (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, soy lecithin, vanilla flavouring), glucose syrup, condensed milk (milk, sugar), water, sugar, hydrogenated vegetable fat (palm kernel - rspo mass balance), icing sugar, glazing agent (gum arabic, shellac), pickling salt, emulsifier (mono- and diglycerides), salt, flavouring. May contain traces of nuts.
