A mix of Licorice in milk chocolate, Cream & Sea Salt in dark chocolate, and Cream & Sea Salt in milk chocolate.

With English family traditions and a refined version of a secret recipe from 1894, we have been producing handmade caramels in Gudhjem and Rønne since 2004.

Our new boxes are plastic-free, made from FSC-certified materials – and the caramels are wrapped in compostable cellophane, with an OK Compost Home certificate. Remember to sort your waste according to your local guidelines.

Chocolate - minimum 55% cocoa solids (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soy lecithin, nat. vanilla aroma), glucose syrup, chocolate - minimum 35% cocoa solids (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, cocoa mass, emulsifier: soy lecithin, nat. vanilla aroma), condensed milk/mjölk (milk, sugar), water, sugar, hydrogenated vegetable fat (palm kernel - rspo mass balance), icing sugar, glazing agent (gum arabic, shellac), liquorice extract (1%), icing sugar, colour/färg: vegetable charcoal, pickling salt, emulsifier (mono- and diglycerides), salt, ammonium chloride, liquorice powder, flavouring, natural flavouring. May contain traces of nuts.
